After the acclaimed debut 12" with rmxs from Nostalgia77, Diesler and Aiff, UNITY aka Mike "Adders" Adlington and Chris Mapp, are back. Both are members of the jazz band Sugar Beats. UNITY already counts among the others fans such as Gilles Peterson, Norman Jay, Bugz in the Attic and 4 Hero. For the new EP they team up with Ernesto and Colonel Red, both outstanding vocalists and musicians in their own right. Ernesto vocal on Blanks has worked with Beanfield, Swell Sessions, Atjazz, Seiji and Mark de Clive-Lowe to name a few. He is currently signed to Columbia Japan and his album Find the form is out now. Colonel Red has to be one of the most prolific vocalists working today. The man lives and breathes songs. As well as his solo work Redz has worked with Bugz in the Attic, IG Culture, Domu, Liwkid Biskit, Rice 4 All and many other great artists. As a bonus we've included a remix of Blanks and the original version of our tune Escape featuring Leo Altarelli and Lizzy Parks. Lizzy released her own album Watching Space in 2005 and has recently been seen fronting Nostalgia 77 and The Heritage Orchestra.
